Spring is Springing

Posted by Jo Deakin on

Perhaps we say this every year when Winter turns to Spring, but I feel particularly ready for the change in Season this year.  In fact I think this is my favourite time of year.  The anticipation of colour in the garden, the doors opening, washing on the line, the smell of freshly cut grass, children playing into the early evening outside, seeing my Lily of the Valley double since I planted it, sitting with friends in the garden enjoying afternoon tea together are all Spring thoughts I cannot wait to see and do!

Afternoon Tea in the Garden

The feeling of some warmth on our skin and light in our eyes is a tonic and one I welcome with literal open arms when the sun creeps in through the windows.

With so many bank holidays coming up next month there are all sorts of plans in place for family and friends to gather together to celebrate both the change of season and the May Day's.

If you are looking for a fresh look to your Spring tables then we have a wonderful selection of our English china to set off your gatherings. Our 4 cup teapots are an absolute must for large parties.  We feel strongly the tradition of making a pot of tea does not need to be a dusty old affair but can in fact very much be a stylish and luxurious process when you use our contemporary fine beautiful china.

Whether you are getting together as a whole street, a garden full or just a very select few, our collections are carefully curated to suit all your tastes and styles and we are so delighted to share our passion for design, quality and style with you through each and every product.
